Welcome to Treats by Lani ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Custom Requests
All products are made fresh and may be customized based on your request. By submitting an order request, you confirm that the information you provide (flavors, quantities, dates, delivery address, customization details, etc.) is accurate.
We reserve the right to decline an order request for any reason, including availability, supply limitations, or if a request cannot be safely or reasonably fulfilled.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed as "starting at" and may vary depending on:
- Custom designs
- Flavors, fillings, and decorations
- Rush requests
- Delivery distance and fees
- Packaging upgrades (gift boxes, cards, toppers, etc.)
Payment details will be provided after order confirmation. Orders may not be prepared or delivered until payment is received in full (unless otherwise stated).
3. Delivery & Pickup (Curbler Delivery Service)
Delivery is fulfilled through Curbler, a third-party delivery service.
By selecting delivery, you agree that:
- Accurate delivery details must be provided (address, gate code, instructions)
- Someone must be available to receive the order
- Treats by Lani is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address information or delivery delays outside of our control
Once the order is handed off to the delivery service, responsibility transfers to the customer and delivery provider.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Changes to orders (flavors, colors, designs, date/time) may not be guaranteed once your order is confirmed.

5. Product Appearance
Custom treats are handmade and may vary slightly from photos, inspiration images, or previous orders. We will make every effort to match the requested theme and style.
6. Food Safety & Handling
Once your order is delivered or picked up, Treats by Lani is not responsible for:
- Damage due to improper handling or storage
- Melting or spoilage due to heat exposure
- Allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities
We recommend storing treats properly and consuming them within the suggested timeframe.
7. Allergy Awareness
Treats by Lani operates in a home kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please read our Allergen Disclaimer before ordering.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, photos, and designs belong to Treats by Lani and may not be used or copied without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Treats by Lani shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our website or products, including delivery-related issues handled by third-party services.
